$95-$120K, DOE, Benefits, Retirement, Bonus, etc.
Seeking a true career oriented industrialist with a manufacturing backgroundin precision machining facilities, and overseeing 40 or more direct reports. These people will include Engineers, Purchasing, Estimators, Schedulers, Quality and Maintenance.
Degree preferred, and in Engineering is a plus, but not a tie breaker.
Six Sigma, LEAN, 5S, CAD Experience, Continuous Improvement, Value Stream, are key assets for this candidate.
Experience carrying a strong rapport with customers, vendors, suppliers, and our Purchasing professionals. This will assure proper volume of materials are in-house at all times for our high-volume operations.
