While Lawrence (Larry) Cassidy was working for an employment agency in the early 1980’s, America’s unemployment rate hit an all time high of 22.1%. That agency chose to focus on temporary employment. There were however companies looking for full-time employees. Three weeks later LRC & Associates was born.

 

With our vision and philosophy we have weathered many storms in the industry and have been here since 1982. 

 

In many ways we are old fashioned. We take time to get to know our candidates and customers. We are not simply an impersonal web app that treats you like a number.

 

We always enjoy doing company and candidate research. It has enabled us to accommodate companies and candidates on the first try rather than supplying unfit matches and wasting a company’s and candidate’s time.

 

Focusing on a company’s planning stages for a year or five years from now vs. what is occurring today, has allowed well managed companies to survive. Since future growth in our community is a main focus, we place highly qualified candidates that will exceed our clients long-term objectives.
